VF-213 NH103 crashed 25.10.1994. F-14 160390, piloted by the first female F-14 pilot in the US Navy, crashed about 50 miles off the coast of San Diego, California, during an attempted landing on USS Abraham Lincoln. The pilot was killed, the RIO safely ejected.
