FLT CONTROLS

STAB AUG
  • Pitch or Roll
    Single Channel Failure - Switch Remains ON
    • No corrective action - reduced gain and authority
    Channel Failure - Switch Returns to OFF
    • Reduced speed to Stab Aug OFF envelopes
    • Wait 10 sec for self-test to discriminate good remaining channel
    • One STAB AUG light goes out
    • Re-engage Stab Aug switch - reduced gain and authority
      • If both lights remain ON - leave Stab Aug switch OFF
  • Yaw
    Single Channle Failure - Switch Remains ON
    • No corrective action - normal gain and authority
    • Master Reset button - DEPRESS
    • Reduce speed to Yaw Stab Aug out envelope Second Channel Failure
    Second Channel Failure
    • Yaw SAS Switch - OFF
    • Master Reset button - DEPRESS
